Ivan Wahren

Ivan Wahren is a Stockholm-based set and lighting designer working across dance, performing arts, installation art and architecture. Through experiments with advanced programming and a desire to challenge traditional lighting formats, he creates enigmatic and immersive experiences.

Wahren holds a bachelor's degree from Stockholm University of the Arts (2017) and has presented work at venues including Radialsystem in Berlin, the Grand Palais in Paris, Norbergfestival, the Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi, Kunsthaus Zürich, ImPulsTanz in Vienna and Kulturhuset Stadsteatern in Stockholm.
